Tony has over 40 years of business and sales experience and in 2002 began his career in real estate. He is currently a Realtor with Re/Max First Choice in Pelham, Al. In 2003 he won the "Realtor Rookie of the Year" award for the Birmingham Association of Realtors. Tony has served on the Board of Directors for both the Birmingham Association of Realtors and Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders. Tony believes one of the keys to his success is education. He has participated in training courses pertaining to all facets of the Real Estate Business. He is a certified Buyer’s Agent with his Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist with his CRS designation from the National Association of Realtors and New Home Specialist with his Certified New Home Specialist (CSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Tony also has attained the Masters In Residential Marketing Designation (MIRM). There are a very limited number of Realtors with the MIRM Designation in the Birmingham Area and State of Alabama. He has received the Club of Excellence Awards, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Re/Max Executive Club and Re/Max 100% Club. Tony teaches various Continuing Education Classes, Pre-license, Post License and Risk Management Courses through the National Association of Realtors and New Construction Courses through the National Association of Home Builders. No-Show Fee: A No-Show Fee of $25 will be assessed to registered individuals, through their member portal, who do not follow the cancellation policy and fail to show up for a scheduled CE class.
