This class is for AREC approved instructors and individuals looking for points to add to their instructor application for AREC.

This IDW (Instructor's Development Workshop) awards 6 hours of Instructor CE  with 100% attendance. Class approved by AREC and AREEA. A certificate will be generated and distributed to each attendee. Class must have a minimum of 15 students pre-registered and paid in order to take place. Maximum attendance set at 65.

Instructor: Amanda Adams from Montgomery, AL. 

This six-hour IDW offers a hands-on experience designed to allow attendees to explore key points during the instruction time. Attendees will participate in several individual and group exercises designed to illustrate their value in the classroom and will be routinely asked to share their own classroom experiences. Attendees will learn practical approaches that can be immediately introduced into their own classrooms.

Amanda Adams
Amanda Adams is a licensed real estate instructor, associate broker and REALTOR® in the Montgomery, Alabama market that specializes in salesperson pre-license education. Teaching in both classroom and on-line settings, her focus is helping fellow instructors develop more engaging and efficient courses that meet today’s students’ changing needs. Serving as the president of the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association (AREEA) in 2019, she is one of two trainers for the statewide Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designation program offered by AREEA. The mission of the AREEA is to provide resources and opportunities for professional development to individuals and organizations involved in real estate education.
